WeDiscover has officially been certified as a Great Place to Work! This is a milestone in an ongoing journey to create an extraordinary company culture.

Achieving certification involved the whole UK WeDiscover team taking part in an anonymous, externally run survey that explored areas related to workplace culture, such as job satisfaction, security, happiness, development opportunities and more.

The results that came back were incredible: each and every person said that WeDiscover is a great place to work. Additionally, a 95% average score was seen across every statement involved in the survey.

This certification is not just a recognition of WeDiscover’s achievements to date though; it is a sign of commitment to continually raising the bar for workplace excellence. That is why in addition to the externally run survey, internal feedback was also collected.

Collecting internal feedback on an ongoing basis is a powerful tool that helps maintain a culture of transparency, open communication, and continuous improvement. It empowers all team members to have a voice, not only fostering a sense of ownership and engagement, but also allowing for informed decision making around company priorities and projects.
