The UK Paid Media Awards honour some of the best work in the digital marketing world and this year the WeDiscover team had a lot to celebrate.
Applicants to the awards come from both agency side and in-house, with entries designed to showcase novel ideas, breakthrough work and record-beating performance.
The team attended the awards ceremony yesterday, held at the Montcalm Marble Arch in London. The night began with a drinks reception, followed by a sit-down dinner and live entertainment before the awards were presented, with WeDiscover picking up 4 awards!
The Wins
Medium Paid Media Agency of the Year
Just 1.25 years ago in December 2022 WeDiscover won its first ever award, for Best Small PPC Agency in the UK, at the UK Search Awards.
Now, with employees having almost doubled in that short time, it is incredible to celebrate the achievement of best agency in a new category, as a medium sized company at these awards.
It is a testament to a culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and both employee and client happiness, setting the stage for continued growth and excellence, and allowing WeDiscover to cut through a crowded industry through unique approaches to solving complex problems for a diverse range of businesses.

Paid Search Campaign of the Year
When partnering with Virgin Bet to supercharge paid search performance, we wanted to start from the bottom up.
We began by working together with the Virgin Bet team to develop the data infrastructure to improve internal data quality, which had a huge knock-on impact in leading us to being able to utilise that data within paid search platforms (Google Ads & Search Ads 360) to dramatically increase profitably, and turn those channels into major growth engines within the business.
Through effective utilisation of first-party data in novel ways, we drove a 34% reduction in channel CPA, whilst also setting both the channel and the company up for the long term, future-proofing to ensure perfect positioning to continue to employ targeted data led strategies in interesting ways to further develop the account.
This work was awarded a win as Paid Search Campaign of the Year. Whilst the awards ceremony as a whole celebrates achievements across a number of specific categories (gaming, ecommerce etc), this award is in recognition of the best overall campaign the judges saw that used true innovation to drive incredible results.
