Paul joins WeDiscover with over 25 years of digital and growth experience/ scaling high-performing companies, holding a former role as Chief Strategic Advisor at Jellyfish and a current role leading marketing for Vitruvian Partners, working with C-Suite execs across a £12 billion portfolio of global scale ups.

Paul sees paid search as an entirely mature channel that still represents the largest area of investment in terms of digital ad spend, and expects it to become ever more important as we adjust to the signal loss of the new digital ecosystem. He joins WeDiscover with an enthusiasm for bringing the craft and innovation back to areas like this – where he believes many large advertisers often incorrectly assume there is limited headroom.

Bringing cutting-edge performance marketing experience from both an agency and in-house background, Chris joins as former VP, Growth Marketing at Lyst, having also previously led digital strategy for NIKE EMEA and Virgin Travel Group at Forward3D. Chris will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of client servicing, operational efficiency and team growth at WeDiscover. He will play a crucial role in our on-going expansion plans, whilst pushing the boundaries of performance marketing and technology.

With a background in building award-winning data solutions and scaling analytics teams in high-growth tech environments (such as Carwow, Deliveroo, and Cazoo), Antonio brings a wealth of expertise in leveraging data to drive impactful outcomes. While his career has been anchored in marketing analytics, he has also led product, e-commerce, and commercial analytics teams – experience that provides him with a comprehensive view of business dynamics. Antonio will draw on his decade of in-house experience to lead WeDiscover’s analytics and data science functions, ensuring clients receive tailored, high-impact data initiatives that drive incremental growth and align with broader business goals.
