Winning the grand prize of Best Medium Agency to Work For was an enormous accomplishment and testament to the incredible culture created in the agency. It also follows on from WeDiscover being named one of the best companies to work for in the UK.

Best Next Generation Initiative celebrates WeDiscover’s Early Careers Scheme (ECS): a comprehensive training program aimed at giving new team members the foundation to launch careers in performance marketing. 

The ECS emphasises long-term growth and development, standing out as a holistic approach to nurturing talent as it not only addresses skill development, but also fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth with its unique blend of intensive training and real-world application.

 The second cohort of the scheme began in September 2023, with participants now having completed their initial training and moved on to permanent accounts across a number of teams within the agency.
