Following on from becoming a certified Great Place to Work, WeDiscover has now officially been ranked among the top 100 small companies to work for across the UK!

Achieving certification involved the whole UK WeDiscover team participating in an anonymous, externally run survey that explored areas related to workplace culture.

The entire team shared that they feel that WeDiscover is a great place to work, compared to the UK average of around half of all employees feeling like the company they work at is great to be a part of.

Contributing factors included feeling positive about safety, management transparency, development opportunities and more.
